The Department of Disorder was established to discharge the functions assigned to it by the relevant authorities. Its mission is to ensure that the orderly randomization of departmental communications proceeds in accordance with established protocols.

The Randomized Security Classification Program is administered by the Office of Determinations, in coordination with the Office of Re-Determinations, and supervised by the Office of the Inspector of Determinations.
